The piece juxtaposes soft piano & meditative soundscapes with discordant undertones & subtle organic sounds. Peace in the Storm also features as a B-side a version of the beautiful traditional hymn Be Still, My Soul, recorded and produced in Salt of the Sound's unique and evocative style.
